DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the delivery, returns, customs fees and duties associated with purchasing products from Amp Fitness Limited t/a Amp Wellbeing (Amp) ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please carefully read and understand the following information before making a purchase.

 

DELIVERY

Thank you for your purchase, we are excited to send you your Amp Wellbeing products and they will soon be on their way to you. Please find below all the details and information of what will happen next with your order. All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

We use a selection of carriers for UK, EU and International delivery as most appropriate to the size and weight of the goods for the most effective shipping method. All deliveries are tracked.

Delivery costs and times will be calculated and quoted at checkout depending on the number and weight of products contained in the order and delivery prices are detailed on the website.

 

CUSTOMS, FEES AND DUTIES 

​Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Please note that Amp does not accept responsibility for additional duties and taxes that are incurred if they are applied when shipping outside of the United Kingdom and are your responsibility as the customer.

The estimation of customs fees and duties may vary depending on the laws and regulations of your country. We do not provide exact figures for these fees. It is your responsibility to contact your local customs office or relevant authorities for accurate information.

Customs processing can cause delays in the delivery of your order. We have no control over these processes, and we cannot guarantee delivery times. Please consider this when placing an order.

Customs Documentation: You must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order, including the recipient's name, delivery address, and other necessary details. Any inaccuracies in this information may result in customs clearance issues and additional charges.

We will accurately declare the contents and value of your shipment on the required customs documentation. Falsifying this information is illegal and can lead to severe consequences.

Unpaid Fees: In the event that you refuse to pay the customs fees and duties required to release your order, it may be returned to Amp Fitness Limited or else destroyed. You will be responsible for any return shipping costs and fees associated with the return.

Non-Delivery: If your order is not delivered due to customs issues and is returned to Amp Fitness Limited, we will refund the purchase price, excluding shipping costs and any customs-related fees we may incur.

Compliance: It is your responsibility to comply with the customs laws and regulations of your country. Amp Fitness Limited is not liable for any legal consequences resulting from non-compliance.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, subject to our Terms and Conditions, you can cancel your order for whatever reason within 14 days from date of receipt and in perfect original saleable condition with the original packaging. We will try our best to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible but please note this may take around 5-8 working days from receipt of your parcel. Return postage is to be covered by the customer and we do recommend using a trackable returns service.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement setting out your decision by email to support@ampwellbeing.co.uk listing your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for that return. You do not need to wait for a reply before returning.

Then please post your goods back to us within 14 days (30 days for international shipments) including your name and order number and reason for return inside the package.

If approved, your refund (if the goods are returned in the original packaging in unused, perfect condition) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow a week from receipt of parcel before the refund is completed.

We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any Goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you (i.e. handling the Goods beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the Goods: eg it goes beyond the sort of handling that might be reasonably allowed in a shop). This is because you are liable for that loss and, if that deduction is not made, you must pay us the amount of that loss.

Faulty items

If your product should arrive with a fault, please contact us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with details and images of your products and we will arrange a returns label and a replacement item to be sent to you
