Fantastic roller to roll out my back muscles in particular. I already had a firmer roller for legs etc, but this one is slightly less firm and better on the lower back. I love it!

Really happy with these ankle weights - they look lovely and are heavier than most on the market. The difference they are making to my workouts is huge. I really like the little case they come in as I'm finding I actually put them back in after each workout so v handy to protect them and ensure they don't get lost.
