DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY


INTRODUCTION

These Terms and Conditions govern the delivery, returns, VAT, and duties associated with purchasing products from Amp Fitness Limited t/a Amp Wellbeing (Amp) ("we," "us," or "our"). By placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the terms and conditions outlined herein. Please carefully read and understand the following information before making a purchase.


DELIVERY

Thank you for your purchase! We are excited to send you your Amp Wellbeing products, and they will soon be on their way to you. Please find below all the details regarding what will happen next with your order.   • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
  • Shipping Carriers: We use a selection of carriers for UK, EU, and international delivery based on the size and weight of the goods for the most effective shipping method. All deliveries are tracked.
  • Delivery Costs and Times: These will be calculated and quoted at checkout depending on the number and weight of products in your order. Delivery prices are detailed on the website.

VAT AND CUSTOMS FEES FOR EU CUSTOMERS

We are IOSS registered (Import One-Stop Shop), which means:

  1. All VAT and duties on orders under €150 (inclusive of product and shipping costs) are calculated and collected at the point of purchase for EU customers. No further payment for VAT or duties will be required upon delivery of your parcel.
  2. For orders over €150, our IOSS registration does not cover import duties or taxes. In such cases:
    • Customers may need to pay additional VAT or customs duties as determined by their local authorities upon receiving the parcel.
    • These additional costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total at checkout.

NON-EU CUSTOMERS AND CUSTOMS RESPONSIBILITIES

For customers outside the UK and EU, your order may be subject to additional import duties and taxes, including VAT, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These costs are:

  • The responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total.
  • Determined by your country’s local customs policies, which may also cause delays in delivery.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR ALL CUSTOMERS

  1. Accurate Delivery Addresses:

    • The accuracy of your delivery address is your responsibility. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.
    • We are not responsible for parcels delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
    • Shared/Communal Delivery Locations: If you choose a shared or communal delivery location (e.g., workplaces, apartment lobbies), Amp Wellbeing is not liable for lost or misdirected parcels once the carrier confirms delivery.
  2. Refusal of Parcel:

    • If you refuse to pay applicable customs fees, VAT, or duties required to release your parcel, it may be returned to us or destroyed by local authorities.
    • In the case of returns, any return shipping costs and associated fees will be deducted from your refund.
    • If the parcel is destroyed, no refund will be issued.
  3. Customs Delays:

    • Customs processing may delay delivery. Amp Wellbeing has no control over these processes, and delivery times are not guaranteed.
  4. Returns and Duties:

    • If you return a product, any VAT or duties paid at checkout or upon delivery are non-refundable. Refunds will only cover the cost of the product, excluding shipping fees, unless the return is due to a product defect or error on our part.
  5. Insurance and Lost Parcels:

    • All shipments are fully insured. If your parcel is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure a replacement is sent where applicable.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, subject to our Terms and Conditions, you can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in perfect, original, saleable condition with its original packaging.

  • Return Process:

    1. Email support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with your name, order number, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
    2. Post your goods back within 14 days (30 days for international shipments), including your name, order number, and reason for return inside the package.

  • Refunds:

    • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-8 working days after receipt of the return. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
    • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked service.
  • Faulty Items:

    • If your product arrives faulty, please contact us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk with details and images. We will arrange a return label and send you a replacement.

SUSTAINABILITY AND PACKAGING

We are committed to sustainability. All our shipments are packed using eco-friendly materials where possible, reducing waste while ensuring your products arrive safely.


TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 5 days of the shipping confirmation email, contact us at support@ampwellbeing.co.uk.
