Amazing weights for ankles and wrists. I purchased the 4lb and they add a lot of intensity to my workouts. So good! And they are gorgeous! They are easy to adjust for my super small wrists and ankles. I am in love with the neon pink!

I am in love with my new Amp Wellbeing Mat Purple Leopard Microfibre. The soft top layer absorbs sweat and it does not leave a stain. It is thick but light, and it is gorgeous. I am loving it!
